Stage I. Rollout

The Rollout stage involves the establishing of new operational and support procedures to support the new solution as well as the training of users.

Stage II. Evaluation

During the Evaluation stage, the effectiveness of the solution in meeting the detailed requirements specification is fully assessed to determine if the projected ROI was attained.

Stage III. Enhance

The Enhance stage gives the organization the opportunity to further improve on the solution and can bring about the folding of other business processes into the new solution.

Stage IV. Replicate

The Replicate stage allows the organization to apply the solution to other parts of the enterprise in order to solve other issues.
