Tony Orrico has worked in software development and IT for nearly a quarter century. With degrees in computer science and physics, he began as a developer, and later managed large enterprise-wide projects for such companies as AT&T.

He is an expert in model-driven architecture, database development and management, code-generation applications, and component-based architecture. He has coded extensively in C, C++, Cobol, Fortran, and PL1, among other languages.

His interest in business process automation has helped propel NCS Technologies to become a pioneer in this area. As co-founder of NCS Technologies, he has guided the company to become a leader in utilizing first-rate technological solutions for the most challenging business problems.

Beginning as a developer with a degree in Computer Science as well as Business Administration, Russ Smith has worked in software development and IT since 1980.

Proficient as a programmer, he moved into business analysis and product architecture for various organizations. His experience in assessment, planning and implementation of business information systems has greatly informed his financial management of NCS Technologies.

As the company has grown over twenty five years, the efficient management of corporate resources has been essential. As COO of NCS Technologies, he has insured the smooth operation of the firm. While many technology companies have been challenged to stay afloat, Russ Smith's experience has helped NCS Technologies to sail ahead.

With 25 years experience in the industry, Doug joined NCS as a member of the management team. He is the firm's Chief Sales Officer, enabling the firm to provide its superior technical excellence to a significantly larger and broader client base. In addition, Mr. Sabo will lead the firm in providing outsourcing solutions, internationally to the Philippines and domestically, in both IT and Business Process arenas.

Mr. Sabo brings to NCS Technologies a history of major accomplishments in the IT and Professional Services fields. Most recently, he was President of the New York/New Jersey Region for Kforce Inc., a billion dollar professional services firm. There he led the $100+ million region's growth in both revenues and profits, while successfully integrating units from two predecessor firms: Kforce and Pinkerton Computer Consultants, Inc.

Prior to Kforce, Mr. Sabo was President of Pinkerton's $60+ million Commercial Division. While at Pinkerton, Mr. Sabo was responsible for expanding Pinkerton's business from New York City to New England, Texas and the Philippines. His commitment to providing high quality information technology professionals and orchestrating the combinations of skills required to deliver the best solutions created a reputation for excellence and growing revenues and profits for both firms.

He is recognized as a gifted business builder, developing very practical approaches that leverage his firms' strengths to provide clients with the best solutions.
